Warranty

Your new Golf Trolley Battery can last you between 3 months and 3 years (much longer for lithium batteries) depending on how it is used and cared for. Your new golf battery is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for a period of twelve months (minimum 24 months for lithium batteries) from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a failure, contact us by email and we will supply you with a warranty claim form and a return address. You must return the battery,the form and proof of purchase to us at your cost.We will test the battery and if found to have a manufacturing fault we will replace it free of charge and reimburse your postage costs upon delivery of a receipt. We will not replace the battery if it is faulty through misuse. If the battery tests show that the battery is operating within normal standards there will be a chage of £20 for its return to you. This is to cover carriage and testing costs. Any unclaimed battry will be sent for recycling after 14 days of the test results being communicated to you.

Battery Care

Please make sure that you are using the correct charger, as supplied by your trolley manufacturer, or a reputable charger manufacturer. Car battery chargers or leisure chargers are not suitable and can lead to early battery failure.Lithium batteries can not be charged with a lead-acid battery charger, they require a specific charger suited to lithium batteries.

Please make sure the charger is adequate for the battery size. 17 to 22 amp hour batteries need a charger of between 2.3 amp and 4 amp. 22 amp hour batteries and above need 4 amp chargers.

Do not store your battery in an uncharged state, or store it in very cold or very hot conditions.

Never run your battery completely flat.

Always put your battery on charge immediately after your round of golf.

Make sure that your trolley is in good condition and is not causing undue drag through  sticking wheels or bad bearings etc.

Make sure your battery connections are always clean and sound.
